Return Policy

We want you to sleep peacefully — with your pillow and your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return experience and support every Night Theory product with integrity.


💤 60-Night Sleep Trial

We conduct a strict quality inspection before dispatch, so defective items rarely — if ever — make it through. However, if your product arrives with a genuine quality issue on our part, we’ll happily refund or replace it.

If the damage is due to mishandling or misuse, we won’t be able to cover it.

Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to ensure the item is in transit to our warehouse.

Already waiting on a response? No worries — as long as you initiated your return within the trial window, you’re covered.


📦 What to Send Back

To receive your refund, please include:

  • The pillow

  • All original packaging

  • Instruction cards or inserts

  • Any accessories (if applicable)

Items must be returned in good, working condition — light wear is okay, but we can’t process refunds for heavily used, damaged, or missing items. If components are missing or not reusable, we may deduct their value from your refund.


💸 Refund Timelines

  • Returns are fully inspected upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount.

🚫 Note: Shipping fees, order protection fees, and other service charges are not refundable.


📦 Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  • We’ll issue a replacement, not a refund

  • You must provide an alternate secure U.S. shipping address

  • The new shipment will require a signature on delivery

Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

We’ll replace damaged or incomplete shipments if you provide:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged package

  2. A photo of the shipping label

  3. Photos of the items you received
