🚚 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us at hey@nighttheory.com — we’ll do our best to help.


⏱️ Processing Times

We pack and ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 6 PM ET may be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free shipping for all orders.

🕵️ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check your delivery address

  • Look around your entrance or with neighbors

  • Still no luck? Email us at hey@nighttheory.com

If your package is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll issue a replacement, not a refund, and ask for a secure alternate address with signature required for the new shipment.
