⏱️ Processing Times
We pack and ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 6 PM ET may be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

🕵️ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Still no luck? Email us at hey@nighttheory.com
If your package is genuinely lost in transit, we’ll issue a replacement, not a refund, and ask for a secure alternate address with signature required for the new shipment.
